Misting Technology
By forcing water through specially designed misting nozzles at high pressure, we create ultra-fine droplets under 10 microns for efficient evaporative cooling.
By forcing water through our specially designed misting nozzles by means of a high pressure pump, we create a fog of ultra fine water droplets with an average size of less than 10 microns.
Cooling Principle
Billions of tiny water droplets quickly absorb the energy (heat) present in the environment and evaporate, becoming water vapor (gas). The energy (heat) used to change the water to gas is eliminated from the environment, hence the air is cooled. Evaporative cooling is responsible for the chill you feel when a breeze strikes your skin.
Humidification
Our systems are the most efficient solution to maintain proper humidity levels for materials and processes. Different levels of relative humidity provide adequate moisture content in hygroscopic materials, preventing moisture loss, material deterioration, and production problems.
Our Pump Technologies
Time Version Pumps
Supplied with a digital timer that allows control of misting by programming ON and OFF spraying cycles. This saves water without losing evaporative cooling performance. During the OFF cycle the pump does not stop.
BPS By-Pass System
The BPS system recycles water to an external tank, providing 30 times more efficient pump cooling than a standard H.P. pump. TecnoCooling pumps equipped with BPS assure long lifetime and less maintenance.
Low Noise Motors
QES and LSP electric motors operate more quietly and efficiently. They are more reliable and offer better performance than predecessors, making them ideal for applications where low noise matters.
Safety Controls (SSC)
SSC shuts down the pump if pressure drops below 40 bar, preventing flooding from broken tubing. It also prevents dry running, making it a reliable solution for 24H running systems.
VFD (VAR) Pumps
VAR/VFD functionality is an integrated electronic management system. It checks working pressure in real time, keeps it constant, and automatically adjusts power and flow to match the number of spraying nozzles. The system can detect faults and automatically shut down when needed.
